Health Certificate in Japanese

Overview

Your office, organisation, or sporting event may ask you for a doctor’s letter or medical certificate. Unfortunately, the NHS usually can’t accommodate these requests and if they do, you might find yourself waiting for far too long.

Fortunately for you, our team of friendly doctors can provide you same-day doctor’s letters or medical certificates for an assortment of cases. We can arrange a sick-note from day one. All you need to do is book an appointment and you’ll get your letter immediately. No hassle and no waiting.

At the same time, our doctors will be able to examine you and give you advice on how you can get back to your previous health or present you with a medical prescription.

Please note that our doctors can only judge you based on your present appearance and conditions and that we will not have access to your NHS medical history.
